TheKnot.com buys WeddingChannel.com for only $78.3 Million

Amidst the flurry of online acquisitions, it is a real surprise that popular wedding planning website, TheKnot.com, was able to reach an agreement to purchase its main competitor, WeddingChannel.com for only $78.3 Million. This really isn't a ton of money considering the litigation problems that TheKnot has had with WeddingChannel for so long.
